The choices listed below on cake flavors and fillings are for Birthday Cakes, Baby Showers Cakes, Anniversary Cakes, Special Cakes, and Wedding Cakes. The pictures you see with Special Bows and Roses ect. are made with White or Dark Chocolate, not A fondant, as we prefer the taste of Chocolate. The butter cream flowers are made from our Rose Icing. Instead of cakes being covered with fondant we have chosen to pour then in a White or Chocolate Pouring Ganache. The Cakes are iced in a "Swiss Butter Cream" (made with butter.)
